At Horizon Gifts, every customized gift is carefully prepared according to your requirements and packed securely to ensure it reaches you safely.

Delivery Time

• Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.
• Customized gifts may require additional processing time depending on the product and customization details.
• Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, or peak seasons.

30% Advance Payment

• A 30% advance payment is required for every customized gift order.
• The remaining 70% can be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• The advance payment confirms your order and allows us to begin the customization process.
• Once customization or production has started, the advance payment is non-refundable because the product is made specifically for you.

Order Confirmation

For customized products, we may contact you through WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order, customization details, photos, names, messages, or other requirements before production.

Please make sure your name, phone number, delivery address, and customization details are correct to avoid delays or mistakes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and order details. The applicable charges will be shown at checkout or communicated to you before order confirmation.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to the courier, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of the package and product. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Customized Orders & Cancellation

Because customized gifts are prepared specifically according to your requirements, cancellation may not be possible once the customization or production process has started.
